Don Alberts

The models shown below are kits no longer made by Lone Star Models.

Both were built by Don Alberts of Albuquerque New Mexico. Don was a good friend and one heck of a modeler. Sadly He passed away in 2010.

The Junkers D-1 was the first all resin aircraft kit I produced. The Bell X-1 was a mixed media kit. Vacuformed with resin and white metal details.
